Three Ted Talks for Thinking about Your Online Footprint

It is an assumed part of modern society to have an online footprint. Even the most reluctant of us have some sort of digital trail. To be totally off the grid takes serious work and know-how.

Does this mean we surrender all control and reveal everything? Certainly not, but that’s easier said than done. We have to make an effort to understand how our information is collected, who is using it and what we reveal with even the simplest of actions: a like.

When you watch these short videos, keep in mind not only your personal information, but that of your business. In what ways can your business’s information be collected and manipulated as leverage?
